The Risk Management & NBI business unit has developed an integration to Bureau van Dijk (BvD) for DWF’s new business intake solution. The project, which is being run by Intapp’s TFG team, reached out to Pinnacle to undertake the development because of our experience of working with the BvD web services.
Our Technical Services team created two new sections for incorporation within the wider new business intake forms. These sections draw on additional data that is harvested from BvD using IntApp Integration Builder rules. The data within the sections include directors’ names & addresses, shareholders, County Court Judgements and mortgage data. This data will be used by the firm’s credit control function to set credit limits for clients as clients authorised and new matters approved. With the team’s experience, with BvD and Open, it took a matter of days to put in place.
Christopher Young, who leads Pinnacle’s Risk Management & New Business Intake Business Unit said “DWF has been a long term client of Pinnacle’s Elite 3E team and so this represents a really good extension of our relationship. It is also great to see the expertise and experience that we have being used to great benefit for clients”.
