Withers was moving away from Tikit’s KHS system. The firm had 8,000 documents within its Know How system and wanted to re-profile them as part of the migration project. Pinnacle worked with Withers to extract the profiling information from KHS and Worksite and then used this data to create a request for the appropriate Professional Support Lawyer to re-profile each document. On re-profiling, the document was refiled and re-profiled in Worksite and a custom database populated that is then indexed by the RAVN search engine and delivered to users through a SharePoint 2013 interface. The form and workflow will be used to request that a document is added to the firm’s know-how.
